Huel-fortified Muesli

1/2 cup Huel (Vanilla or Unflavored)
1/2 cup Muesli (whichever brand you want)
1/2 or entire banana, chopped into little slices
Berries of choice
Sunflower (2 teaspoons) or Chia (1 teaspoon) seeds
Milk of choice (I used oat milk here)

Container with liquid-tight lid so you can shake it. I used glass so I can heat later if I want.

Add half cup of Huel to container. Cover with enough milk to make a thick paste. Stir into a paste with fork.

Add the other ingredients in any order on top of this Huel paste. Then pour in more milk to cover the Muesli. Close lid and shake it up baby now… twist and shout. Put in fridge overnight or at least 30 min. Can eat cold or microwaved hot.

This sounds good. I also like to just pour it in a bowl by itself and eat it like oatmeal.
