# How many scoops do you use to make a meal? whats the nutrition per scoop?

[It depends how you scoop](http://discourse.huel.com/t/question-about-portion-size/77/7?u=vossad01), but [officially one scoop is approximately 150 calories](http://discourse.huel.com/t/calories-per-scoop-which-is-correct-the-booklet-or-this-forum/74/2?u=vossad01).

I use 3 scoops per meal. If you figure that is 450 calories, then just take the 500 calorie column on the Nutrition Facts times `0.9` to get the nutrition per scoop.
