Might be a silly question but

I have been using huel for about 2 month

Monday - Saturday 2 “scoops” for breakfast

I am confused on calories though on the bag it says 1 “cup”…

Have I been eating 1000 cal just in that one meal? Or does it actually mean a real cup and not a scoop?

One serving (1 cup) it about three and a third rounded scoops. Each scoop is about 150 calories, so the two scoops you have for breakfast would be about 300 calories. This is an estimate and I recommend weighing the powder if you want a more exact amount.

I thought the three scoops were one cup… No?

Nope. The scoop comes in somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 cup. It takes about 3 1/3 or 3 1/2 scoops to make up a cup.

And as has been said repeatedly, because Huel can pack down differently, you’re really better off if you weigh it than using the scoop, if you want exact measurements.

If you’re ok with having “about 500 calories”, then go with a cup measure. If you want to know exactly how much you’re having, spend a few bucks on a cheap kitchen digital scale…
