Fulfillment Question

I know there have been some issues with demand outpacing supply, but when can we begin to expect orders placed recently to be fulfilled? I’m not upset just very excited to get started with Huel before the holidays really kick in.

I am also curious of this. I placed an order last week and it would be great to know when we can expect shipment.

I see that you placed your order on 11/7 and it was fulfilled today 11/13, however this can vary for other customers depending on order type and quantity. In general, we estimate a delay of 5-10 business days from when you place your order to when it ships.

Order 16259. I ordered on 10/17 and still hve not received my shipment. I see that orders placed 3 weeks after mine have already been fulfilled. The last couple of inquiries I’ve sent have not even been answered. Please update on status of my order. This backlog and shortage is been going on for what seems like at least 90 days and should have been more than fixed by now. This is getting ridiculous.

Assuming my package arrives on time tomorrow, 18 days from order to received. I received a shipping confirmation a week before the package actually shipped. :imp:

Can you please address my questions? It will be almost 30 days since I placed my order and my last couple of inquiries have gone unanswered. This has gotten beyond frustrating.

Hi Matt, I’m so sorry about my delayed response. As I’m sure you’re aware, there was a shortage of gluten-free Huel which has caused longer delays than originally anticipated. We have recently restocked our GF variety and are working to get delayed orders shipped out as fast as possible.

Typically, when business is running as usual, orders placed before noon are shipped out that same business day and then arrive within 3-5 business days. When a shipping label is created this triggers a shipping notification, but due to the backorders, shipments do not always go out same-day as usual so this was an error and we will look into fixing this to avoid confusion in the future.
