# “Extra shaker” NO t-Shirt No scoops! First time Hueler

Hello US Huelers! I hate to be a pest and complain but I’m kinda bummed with my 1st time shipment of Huel. $66 for all the goodies but only half the goodies came ☹ I didn’t receive a t-shirt as advertised and even after waiting a month and receiving the numerous emails about the overwhelming shipment delays due to the Hurricane and back ordering, I didn’t even get the extra shaker stated in the email and packing slip in the box.
Huel I want to be a customer and tell my friends about this great product but I need the gear to spread the word here as a first time backer. Please get in touch with me and let’s try to resolve this.

On the “cart” page did you check the box indicating this is your first order?
I’m sure Huel support will make it right, but if you didn’t check the box, that could explain why you did not get those things.

I have and I really appreciate it. A medium size shirt and also I didn’t receive any scoops. I neglected to check that little box for first time orders 🙈
Thank you so much, I’m really loving Huel so far it’s saving me a bunch of time for breakfast! I’m excited to use it during my midnight shift as well.
