# Expiration dates

I have two un-opened bags of HUEL. They expired 4 months ago. Are they still good? Are gthey still healthy? Will I die or get sick? I do two scoops at a time. thanks.

Hey @helpslip! I wouldn’t advise to drink older Powder, but your Huel should still be safe to consume after the date on your bag. The quality of the Powder itself will begin to deteriorate after time. For example, some of the vitamins and minerals will start to degrade so the nutritional quality will not be optimum.
