# Daily greens and Superblend?

I have a subscription to Daily Greens. I have since tried Superblend and found it wonderful - it seems like it fits in between Daily Greens and Huel Black. Perfect. I am not taking it to replace any meals. However…

Can I take a Daily Greens + a Superblend a day, or is that a waste? Will the combination cause too much of any vitamins and nutrients to be dangerous or a waste?

I plan on going with Superblend and have suspended my DG subscription for the time being until I get some opinions on what is the best course of action. TIA.

Think you asked this in the international Huel forum as well… Daily Superblend is essentially Daily Greens with protein/macro split so there’s no need to consume both.
