I would like to be contacted by customer service. I emailed 5 days ago and have received nothing but an automatic response. I placed an order and was charged 9 December but still have not received the product. Order #601811

I was going to email too but I’ll just ask here. I accidentally cancelled my subscription of original huel and can’t seem to subscribe again. Can someone help me out?

I have the regular Huel and it really has no chocolate taste .
