# Cant Seem to Place Order

Ive tried to place an order several times, every time i verify all my information and payment info is correct, make sure the order is correct, etc…

I click on “place my order”

and it just sits there… spinning… forever… and never goes through.

What can i do?

Hi @Zarge! So sorry for the spinning wheel of death there😭 Do you mind letting me know what browser you were using?

For now I would suggest clearing your cache/cookies, or attempting to utilize a different browser😁
