I know that there are recommendations for 3 scoops as a meal, but has anyone tried cutting the portion and increasing the frequency? I’m weired about textures so my plan was to cut the volume of powder and incrase the amont of water and drink 4 to 5 times daily,
I do that. I’ll have a shake with 3 scoops in the morning (if I am home I will put it on the scale to ensure 127g).
Then around 4 or 5 hours later I’ll have a small 2 scoop snack. That usually gets me to dinner or so. If not I’ll do another 2 scoop snack around mid day if I am expecting a late dinner. Very often the morning 3 scoop and the 2 2 scoop shakes get the all the way through to bed.
